Develop the company's recruitment activity
Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Promote job openings (social media, recruitment agencies, etc.)
Conduct the process of recruiting candidates: screenings of candidates for job openings, coordinate job interviews as necessary
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Diploma: Bachelor Degree in HR or a related field required.
Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment field Languages: Vietnamese, English, French
Excellent organizational management skills.
Previous recruitment experience is mandatory
Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
Good economic, financial and business knowledge
Proficiency in computer tools and HR software.
Good oral and written communication
Organizational skills, ability to lead multiple projects at the same time, excellent listening skills
