Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing and maintaining reports.
- Manage end to end payroll processing including statutory, compliance, audit and disbursement
- Accurately manage all regular, incentive, allowances and bonus payroll on a timely basis, ensure that all earnings are appropriately paid to employees, and confirm that taxes, and benefits deductions are withheld and in compliance
- Manager all payroll communication with Internal and External stakeholders and employees
- Administers, Coordinates and handles payroll operation involving processing of Time and Earning Records
- Maintains data confidentiality for payroll related matters
- Proactively and work with the developer to address issues and identify opportunities of improvement through system automation and analytics
- Oversees Final Pay process.
- Respond to audit and escalation queries to HR Payroll related concerns
- Collaborate Internally with HR team in ensuring that all tasks are completed and delivered accurately
- Manage report to Finance including weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly needed for closing books related to HR/Payroll
