Position

  • Maintaining HRIS and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee as needed
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality Employment document administration
  • Administration of all contract labor
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance Employee motivation
  • Implementing and administering performance management processes as per policy and timelines
  • Helping the managers do performance appraisal and employee development plan in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices Recruitment
  • To provide recruitment support to achieve headcount targets
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques, providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Induction and onboarding
  • When a particular candidate is finalized, giving him offer letter issuing appointment agreement with brief working agreement or policies
  • Properly filing relevant documents as required
  • Introducing him/her to the team
  • Coordinating with IT team to get email Exit formalities
  • Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
  • Try to get constructive feedback for company Payroll processing
  • Handling payroll processing by calculating/providing accuracy data for salary, benefits and compensation, absences, bonus, leaves, Personal Income Tax, insurance submission)
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - taxes, Insurance
  • Ensuring statutory compliances for labour law and record information on a timely basis
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements HR support duties
  • Assist employees with forms and procedures
  • Conducting various welfare activities (team build activities, outing trip, health check, trade union)
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Support and participate in safety, compliance, business ethics, Group Charter, communications and other related activities.
  • Ad hoc HR duties Account Payable
  • Check & verify all receipts/ bills submitted by employees for expenses reimbursement
  • Entry into accounting software account payable, account receivable.
  • Making bank & petty cash reconciliation.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Maintain the petty cash fund

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Proven experience as an HR executive, staff relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Hands on experience with Personal Income Tax Finalization
  • Familiarity with software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Understanding accounting software is an advantage
