Specialist - Talent Acquisition
As a HR Services Specialist for Talent Acquisition, you will be a part of Global Business Services (GBS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore and handle service processes related to Talent Acquisition for assigned business units or geography.
You will be responsible for the following activities as a HR Services Specialist:
- Create job postings and manage its workflow administration.
- Screen applications based on given requirements/job descriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
- Ensure execution and delivery of Talent Acquisition Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Capture data related to Talent Acquisition into appropriate systems as necessary.
- Record candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
- Prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream with 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization. Candidates having experience in HR Shared Services from a Global Company will be an added advantage. You should have proficiency in Ms Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills. The ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented will be an ideal fit. Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must for this position.
