KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Key Task 

  • Maximize and drive revenue from Leisure and Corporate business, ensure implementation of strategic sales marketing and leadership approach towards all accounts to achieve business target 
  • Build and grow existing relationships with assigned Key Accounts to ensure current and future use for transient and group and corporate accounts 
  • Generate Leisure and Corporate leads for all brands within AccorHotels Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore from Key Accounts. 
  • Generate and animate Leisure and Corporate Preferred Agreements
  • Do market analysis and propose goals and targets to increase production, provide regular market intelligence and findings related to the industry.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong account management, utilize all AccorHotels sales and distribution tools 
  • Excel in customer interaction to ensure all sales related activities support customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Be revenue focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels.

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team 
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
  • Self motivated and energetic
