Responsible for the full project management, creation and execution of merchandising structures and updating of planogram for assigned Brands

Key Responsibilities

  • To help and support Merchandising Manager with his/her organisation and take charge of some POSM for assigned 
  • To lead the Merchandising of Point-Of-Sale-Materials (POSMs) by pioneering creative designs of POSMs and liaison with Trade Marketing/Commercial for al POSM elements
  • To achieve 100% On Time In-Full (OTIF) for all launches of POSMs deliverables for speed to market
  • Budget management for the assigned Category/Brand with cost-savings initiatives
  • Support the team organization (team meetings, liaison with suppliers)
  • Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs 


  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the similar industry/organization
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent
  • Good command of English
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Planogramme Software
  • Possess organisation skills & time management skills
  • Artistic sensitivity (colours, shapes,..)
  • Resilient to work pressure and thigh working timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills
