Job description:

  • Organizing business travel order, itineraries and accommodation, travel insurance, per-diem, working permit, visa and supporting documents for Manager and staff
  • Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies
  • Order/buy office supplies and stationeries;
  • Planning and conducting Company trip, Year-end party.
  • Organizing input invoices, handling cash book and company expenses monthly
  • Issuing invoice to clients
  • Responsible for all purchase orders
  • Coordinating and arranging repairs to office equipment
  • Working with agencies for job opening
  • Organizing and arranging interviews for candidates
  • Working with Immigration Office for Visa and Resident registration for Expat
  • Working with Labor Department HCMC for Working permit for Expat
  • Updating and maintaining the holidays, absence and annual leave records of staff
  • Calculating salary monthly, quarterly bonus and motoring pay slip
  • Working with universities for hiring interns


  • At least 1 years of experiences in HR and Administrative
  • Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law for Vietnamese and Expat
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
  • Good organization skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Graduate from College or University with related fields
  • Fluent in English speaking, writing, listening
